Meeting & Events reservation cancellation terms
Terms of cancellation meeting room reservations.
Meeting room reservations can with a value up to €25,000 can be canceled free of charge up to 8 weeks prior to your event.
Meeting room reservations with a value exceeding €25,000 can be canceled free of charge up to 12 weeks prior to your event.
If the reservation is canceled after this period, the following charges will apply:
15% charge of the total reservation value within 12 weeks prior to the activity date.
35% charge of the total reservation value within 8 weeks prior to the activity date.
60% charge of the total reservation value within 6 weeks prior to the activity date.
85% charge of the total reservation value within 4 weeks prior to the activity date.
100% charge of the total reservation value within 2 weeks prior to the activity date.
Cancellations and/or changes must be made in written form.
Changes in the number of participants conditions
The definite number of attendees can be changed until 5 working days prior to the event. Up to 10% of the number of attendees can be cancelled without any charge, with a maximum of 10 attendees.
In case we do not receive any changes in number of attendees, we will charge you for the amount of people the reservation was initially made for. In case of a higher number of attendees, the additional costs will be charged to the invoice.
Cancellations and/or changes have to be made in written form.
Room Reservation Cancellation Terms
Terms of cancellation hotel room reservations
Group booking up to 10 rooms
Group bookings with less than 10 rooms can be canceled free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival.
If a total group reservation of less than 10 rooms is canceled after 10:00 AM on the day of arrival or in the case of a no-show, the full first night's stay will be charged per canceled room reservation. Any subsequent nights will be canceled free of charge.
Group Bookings (10 Rooms or More)
Group bookings with a value up to to €25,000 can be canceled free of charge up to 8 weeks prior to your booking.
Group bookings with a value exceeding €25,000 can be canceled free of charge up to 12 weeks prior to your booking.When rooms are reserved in combination with meeting rooms, the total value of the quotation will apply.
If the reservation is canceled after this period, the following charges will apply:
15% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 12 weeks before the arrival date.
35% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 8 weeks before the arrival date.
60% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival date.
85% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 4 weeks before the arrival date.
100% of the total reservation value in case of cancellation within 2 weeks before the arrival date.
After confirmation, it is possible to cancel up to 5% of the reserved number of rooms free of charge, with a maximum of 10 rooms, up to 10 working days prior to your reservation.
Cancellations and/or changes have to be made in written form.
Namelist room reservations
Kindly provide the list of names no later than two weeks prior to the arrival date.
